2026年7月7日、厚生労働省の記者会見室において、当社の代表取締役CEO 杉本真樹が「AI医療機器協議会」の会員企業として記者会見に参加いたしました。
本記者会見では、スタートアップなど39社が加盟するAI医療機器協議会（会長：株式会社AIメディカルサービス 代表取締役 多田智裕氏）より、政府の成長戦略に向けた「AI医療機器産業の成長に向けた共同提言」が発表されました。会見には当社のほか、エルピクセル株式会社、株式会社Smart Opinion（スマートオピニオン）などの画像診断・医療AI企業が参加しております。
医療機器としてのAI活用は、グローバルでの競争力強化や医療の質向上において不可欠であり、当社も本協議会の会員として、最先端の技術を用いた医療現場のアップデートに取り組んでおります。
 
医療AIとVRの融合：「Holoeyes MD」デモンストレーション
会見の後半では、実際の医療現場における最新ソリューションの一例として、当社が提供する医療機器ソフトウェア「Holoeyes MD」を用いたVRでの空間デモンストレーションを実施いたしました。
このデモンストレーションの様子や、医療AIへの取り組みについて、テレビ東京『テレ東BIZ』をはじめとする複数のメディア・夕方のニュース番組等にて広く取り上げられております。

Holoeyes Participates in the AI Medical Device Council’s Press Conference and Demonstrates “Holoeyes MD”

On July 7, 2026, Maki Sugimoto, MD, CEO of Holoeyes Inc., participated in a press conference held at the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a member of the “AI Medical Device Council.”
During the press conference, the Council, which consists of 39 startup companies (chaired by Dr. Tomohiro Tada, CEO of AI Medical Service Inc.), presented a joint proposal for the growth of the AI medical device industry aimed at the government’s growth strategy. Holoeyes was joined by other leading medical AI companies, including LPixel Inc. and Smart Opinion Inc.
The utilization of AI in medical devices is essential for strengthening global competitiveness and improving the quality of healthcare. As a proud member of this Council, Holoeyes is committed to updating the medical field using cutting-edge technology.
In the latter half of the conference, Holoeyes conducted a spatial VR demonstration using our medical device software, “Holoeyes MD,” showcasing the latest solutions in actual medical settings.
Our demonstration and commitment to medical AI were widely covered by various media outlets, including TV Tokyo’s “Tele-Tokyo BIZ” and evening news programs.
Holoeyes Inc. will continue to fuse spatial computing (VR/AR) with AI technology to promote the standardization and sharing of medical techniques, contributing to the further development of the medical field.
