XR技術を肝胆膵外科の臨床・教育へ
本書は、XR（Extended Reality：拡張現実）技術を肝胆膵外科の臨床・教育に導入するための実践的な書籍です。Meta Quest 3Sと、プログラム医療機器（SaMD）であるHoloeyes MDを活用した実践例を紹介するとともに、その導入方法をわかりやすく解説しています。

On August 31, 2026, Nankodo will publish XR Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Atlas [with VR-Compatible Web Videos]: Mastering Precision Surgery and Endoscopic Treatment through 3D Spatial Anatomy, edited by Maki Sugimoto, MD, CEO of Holoeyes Inc. and a member of the Division of Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery, Department of Surgery, Teikyo University School of Medicine.

The book is a practical guide to introducing extended reality (XR) technology into clinical practice and education in hepato-biliary-pancreatic surgery. It presents practical examples using Meta Quest 3S and Holoeyes MD, a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), and provides accessible guidance on their implementation.

The sample pages released by Nankodo also introduce the fundamentals of head-mounted displays, including Meta Quest 3/3S and Apple Vision Pro, as well as methods for viewing 3D models created with Holoeyes MD in VR.
